All towel sales are governed by Manthari’s policy, only binding upon written confirmation or invoice acceptance.
Product descriptions are guides; custom orders for towels cannot be cancelled once approved without mutual consent and compensation for incurred costs.
Quoted prices for bulk towels and bamboo towels are valid for 30 days and may adjust due to input cost changes or exchange rates.
Payment is due in two installments: 50% advance before towel production, 50% balance before shipment. Banking fees are borne by the buyer.
Deliveries are typically FOB, EXW, or CIF, with risk transferred under Incoterms. Late delivery does not entitle to penalties unless previously agreed.
Buyers are responsible for all import clearance, duties, and compliance.
Inspection and claims for shortages or defects must be made within five days of towel delivery. Approved issues are credited or replaced.
Towels are warranted to match agreed specifications at shipment; liability is limited to the shipment’s value.
Manthari is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (war, supply chain disruption, acts of God).
Disputes are resolved under Manthari’s chosen jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
